  • Testing bench

    The expansion/surge tank of a truck can be confused quite often with other plastic reservoirs which do not require such demanding performance. As this part plays a key role in operating a vehicle, Reserplastic submits their expansion/surge tanks to thorough trials on the testing bench.
    The trials are performed in compliance with applied procedures by vehicle assembly plants. Reserplastic also exerts product samples to harsh trials on the testing bench to verify their maximum strain resistance, which most of the times is twice the nominal operating conditions.

  • Truck 100%

    The 100% “Truck” Program: is a national campaign for improving traffic safety and cutting down on polluting agents.
    This program is a unique initiative in Brazil and it is coordinated by GMA “Automotive Maintenance Group” to unify all the entities in the automotive after-market supply chain (Sindipeças, Andap, Sicap, Sincopeças-SP and Sindirepa-SP) and it is recognized as a serious and respected action created to make Brazilian drivers aware on the importance of preventive maintenance in vehicles in order to assure enhanced safety in traffic and cut down on polluting byproducts.
    The “100% Car” / “100% Truck” program has made its mark on companies six months after being implemented on government agencies, entities linked to the automotive segment and also on society as large, due to its institutional and educational appeal, showing the advantages of performing preventive maintenance.
    Management courses are promoted for business leaders in the vehicle repair segment and professional training courses for mechanics in a joint venture with Senai (a Brazilian professional vocation school) as well as awareness campaigns in several communication medias in the “100% Car” / “100% Truck” program.
    The project will be initially implemented in cities where the campaign has been aired by the end of this year and the forecast is to spread out throughout the entire country. “The purpose of the initiative is to improve performance in service centers and also to enhance the professional skills among mechanics and thus provide quality services to the consumer who will be encouraged to look for a trust-worthy service center for performing maintenance on their vehicles. If we are able, in this first step to train 1,500 mechanics, it will be an excellent result”, Antônio Carlos Bento, the GMA coordinator assures.
